Mimosa is a larger two bedroom cottage, comfortable for 4 adults, all on one level from the nearby carpark, and designed with easy access in mind. The spacious kitchen and dining area are well equipped with open plan living and a linked lounge area, which in turn has french windows that open onto a patio area with table and chairs and a view to the
sea. There is a large conservatory with seating which fronts the cottage and links with the other main rooms.

The two bathrooms offer a bath in one and a walk-in or roll-in shower in the other, if access is a problem or a wheelchair is needed. A wheeled shower chair is available for use. There are plenty of handles and supports appropriately positioned in the bathrooms for the same reason and there is thermostatically-controlled underfloor heating throughout the cottage, transmitting heat through the tiled floor when needed in cooler weather.

This cottage works very well when family groups come away on holiday, with perhaps young families and their children staying in the smaller cottages and grandparents or other elderly relatives staying in Mimosa, however, it is just as suitable for the able-bodied.
